Use this type after reviewing changes published by the real estate team that do not change the lease accounting, or that you have already recorded in a snapshot. Examples include a change to a nonlease component you expense as incurred, a contact or address update, or an amendment that was already captured in an Update existing accounting lease snapshot. Spacebase shows the unresolved lease modification changelog. Select the changes you have reviewed and click Mark selected changes as resolved. Spacebase records who resolved each change and when. It does not create a snapshot, remeasure the lease, or post journal entries. If a change affects lease payments, the lease term, an option assessment, or the discount rate, record it with the appropriate modification type before marking it resolved.
