Key Accounting Reports
For periodic accounting activities such as month-end close, journal entries, disclosures, and financial reporting, the following reports are essential. The Portfolio Amortization Schedule Values report provides visibility into month-end balances at the individual lease level, supporting reconciliations and rollforwards. The Journal Entries report allows you to review accounting activity by lease or across the full portfolio, helping validate postings and ensure accuracy in the general ledger. For financial reporting, the Disclosure Requirements report supports quarterly and annual disclosures aligned with reporting needs. The Roll-Forward report provides a clear view of all lease accounting activity by account over a selected period, making it especially useful for audit support and variance analysis. Additional reports are available for reconciliation and double-checking purposes as needed. For completeness, the Real Estate Leases Check report helps identify any real estate leases that do not yet have an associated accounting lease, supporting control over completeness and ensuring no leases are omitted from accounting.Disclosures Report — ASC 842 Calculations
