# Sub-processors

> The third-party sub-processors Spacebase uses to deliver the service, what each one is used for, and where they operate.

To run the Spacebase platform, we work with a small set of trusted third-party providers. A **sub-processor** is a company we engage to process customer data on our behalf as part of delivering the service. We hold each one to data-protection terms consistent with our own commitments to you.

The list below covers the sub-processors we currently use.

OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google power [Spacebase AI](/ai), which is opt-in and off by default. AI features stay scoped to your company's data.
